This Guatemalan coffee is roasted medium-light and dropped just after the end of first crack to strike the perfect balance.

By keeping the roast light enough, we preserve the bright, lively acidity Guatemala is known for, while allowing just enough development to bring out a smooth, caramelized sweetness. The result is a clean, balanced cup with clarity up front and a mellow, satisfying finish.

Excellent as a pour over, but just as enjoyable on drip for an everyday brew.
