Our Story

P1 Coffee Company was built the same way race cars are — from the ground up, with intention.

We’re a husband and wife team who started roasting coffee in 2020 on a handmade roaster built in our shop. As a welder and fabricator with over 30 years in motorsports, precision has always been second nature. What began as a pursuit of better coffee quickly grew as demand increased and the standard never slipped.

As our community grew, we invested in a fluid bed roaster and officially launched P1 Coffee Company.

“P1” stands for first place — the top step on the podium. It represents the standard we hold ourselves to in everything we do. Racing has taught us that performance lives in the details: preparation, consistency, discipline, and respect for the craft. We bring that same mindset to sourcing high-quality green coffee and roasting every batch to order.

We don’t mass produce.

We don’t warehouse stale inventory.

Every bag is roasted fresh, in small batches, with race-level precision.

Because whether it’s on the track or in your cup — performance matters.
